Synergy Yoga & Wellness has been my home studio ever since owner Alyssa Sullivan set up her shingle. Originally a Baptiste inspired heated vinyasa studio, it has recently evolved into offering other styles, such as Yin Yoga and Yoga for Strength, into their regular class schedule. Synergy also hosts a variety of workshops and guest master teachers events. If you’re on the East Bay, chances are you’ll find me here on my mat.
